Avatar International Inc. Announces FMCH is a National Award Recipient for Five Star Service in Obstetric Care for 2006
Fort Madison Community Hospital, in Fort Madison, Iowa
has been named a National Award winner in healthcare service quality for Five Star Service
Obstetric Care 2006 by Avatar International Inc., a leader in healthcare research and
consulting. This award is based on the results of the hospital's 2006 Obstetric Care
patient surveys.
In making the announcement, Dr. Michael Everett, Avatar Founder and CEO said, "All medical
