Having a wound that won’t heal can be frustrating, painful and worrisome.  At the FMCH Wound Healing Center our goal is to get to the root of the problem and come up with a treatment plan that works for you.

Why Choose FMCH Wound Healing Center for your care?

  • Partnership: our team of specialists is dedicated to building a partnership with you so we can provide the highest quality care.
  • Communication:  like all good partnerships, communication is key to successful treatment-communication with you and with your primary care provider.
  • Personalized treatment plan: once the type of wound has been determined, a personalized treatment plan will be created for you. This may include:
  • Regular appointments
  • Home care plan
  • Dressing change instructions
  • Injury prevention tips
  • Referral:  Your Primary Care Provider can refer you to the FMCH Wound Healing  Center or you can refer yourself.

You should bring the following to your first appointment:

  • Your insurance card
  • A list of all medications and any known allergies
  • Success: in most cases we are able to see total healing, but we need your help to make that happen.

As a dedicated partner with our staff, we ask that you:

  • Keep all appointments
  • Follow your care instructions
  • Watch your progress closely and alert us to any concerns
