Coloring Contest

Print the picture below and use your creativity to color it. To print a full page version of the picture, hold your mouse over the picture and then righ-click on it. A menu will appear and you will select "print picture".

Then mail it in, along with your age, name, phone number and address, to Fort Madison Community Hospital, Attn: Community Relations Department, 5445 Avenue O, Fort Madison, IA 52627. Winners will be selected at random from all entries received and notified to collect their prize.
