The Annex at Fort Madison Community Hospital provides many
services for local industries. Services offered include:

• Breath Alcohol Testing

• Pulmonary Function Tests
  
• Back Assessments
  
• On-site ergonomic job evaluations
  
• Pre-placement job screenings to provide evaluation of job specific ability.
  
• Education programs in wellness and injury prevention designed to fit individual needs of industry
