Biography:
Dr. Staudte attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in California and completed a general medicine internship at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. After completing his residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, Dr. Staudte practiced for 5 years in Cincinnati, Ohio before coming to FMCH in 2004. Dr. Staudte is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has special interest in high-risk obstetrics, advanced laparoscopy, urogynecology, and pelvic reconstructive surgery. Dr. Staudte resides in Fort Madison with his wife, Deborah, and their three children, Natalie, Ryan and Nicole.

When asked why he chose Ob/Gyn for his career, Dr. Staudte replied, “The birth of a child is truly one of God’s greatest miracles. Nothing can compare to the feeling of seeing a mother look into her child’s eyes for the first time. It is a privilege to have a small part in helping couples establish their families.”
