Experience with all types of HVAC equipment, refrigeration, ice machines etc. preferred. Perform morning rounds on plant equipment and systems, as well as, preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, refrigeration, ice machines, etc. Perform urgent and routine corrective repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as required. Perform manual duties as needed such as moving furniture, changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, keeping mechanical rooms clean etc. Ability to work in a team environment required.
