Description
A paraprofessional person who is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction and supervision of the registered nurse (RN). To provide personal care services to the terminally ill hospice patient as needed, under the direction of the RN. To provide assistance and understanding to the family and in time of bereavement. To work as a member of the Hospice team in providing Hospice care within the guidelines of the IDG care plan.

Description
Provides direct and indirect patient care in a clinic office setting. Communicates with physicians/co-workers as appropriate about patient’s conditions including results of diagnostic studies and symptomology. The HR Generalist will provide HR support to Fort Madison Community Hospital employees in conjunction with the Director of Employee Operations. The HR Generalist’s job duties are including, but not limited to, maintenance of personnel records, OSHA reporting, Workers’ Compensation record keeping, benefits administration, and/or other special projects as assigned.
