Have a current CMA certification. Primary duty is to register patients and schedule appointments. Looking for someone with good communication skills and telephone etiquette, task oriented with attention to detail. Other duties may include transfer of medical records, medication refill requests, and other office duties. Great customer service with the ability to work proactively with providers and staff is required. Must be a team player and be able to work with electronic medical records/computers. Experience in a physician clinic and/or CMA with good computer skills is a plus.
