Where does my health information in the Portal come from?

All of the information in the Portal comes from your FMCH Electronic Health Record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date information possible.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.

What can I do to keep my Information Safe?

Do not share your FMCH My Health Patient Portal logon ID or password with another person. This could allow that person to see your confidential medical record information.

Can my family access my Portal?

Yes, you can give family members, such as parents or healthcare proxies, access to your Portal. This needs to be done within FMCH and requires consent from you and your family members. Go to the Main Information Desk with your Photo ID and state that you would like to aquire or provide health information access to a family member.  A Medical Record Request specialist will have you sign some documenation and set up the transfer of your Health Information on the FMCH My Health Patient Portal.
